On the eve of Labelexpo, to be held at Brussels from 24-27 September 2013, the organisers have put forth a brand new show feature, the Inkjet Trail, which will spot and compare the results produced on the same label stocks with identical designs.

Visitors can witness six of the industry's leading inkjet press manufacturers; Domino Printing Sciences, Durst Phototechnik, EFI Jetrion, Epson, Heidelberg Linoprint and Stork Prints producing a selection of food, pharmaceutical and industrial labels using same origination on the same range of substrates.
Esko will provide origination, colour and die-cutter files for different jobs. UPM Raflatac, Flexcon and Herma will provide paper, film and foil substrates. Toner comparisons will be done by Xeikon.

According to Lisa Milburn, managing director, Label Expo global series,"This exclusive opportunity will allow the visitors to compare each of the manufacturers outputs at the same time in the same place giving them the opportunity to contrast various presses for the machine's print quality, ink migration etc."
