Insight Communication and Print Solutions is a Delhi-based company which represents Glunz & Jensen, HP, Kodak, Komori, Screen, Scheider, Soma Engineering, and Xerox.
“With a Komori machine you can reduce production costs and thereby manage the shrinking profits,” said Agarwal. It is the biggest challenge faced by the printing fraternity in the current scenario and Komori has optimal solutions available for such printers in every sector.
“Komori Enthrone 26 and 29 in the commercial segment was launched to tackle investment problems faced by the printers. The machine is a low cost investment which will merely be covered up with the sale of any second hand press and the margin money,” said Agarwal.
Enthrone series is an upgradation of the Lithrone series which provides 500 impressions in 10 minutes and fits perfectly in a minimal space. The machine assists the printers with short runs and generates less wastage. The machine can print on substrates, 0.04mm thickness up to 0.6mm using no alcohol as a base.
Komori has recently launched LA437, LA237 for the book printing sectors and LS632 in packaging segment. The machines have been built keeping in mind the short run segments for the publishing and packaging segments.
LA437, a four colour offset press provides the printer with a saving of approximately two and a half lakh including plates and ink and LA237, a two colour perfector press is sufficient enough to replace three to four single colour presses.
Komori is a world leader in heatset technology and a world leader in currency printing and credit card printing. Komori will be installing around 30 brand new presses in the current fiscal year. Likewise there are installations of its pedigree HUV press.
