Intelpack buoyed by 6000 visitors
The three-day Intelpack 2015 hosted at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, and organised by Intel Trade Fairs & Expositions was upbeat about packaging, as confirmed by the exhibitors.

The packaging show, which concluded on 16 April 2015, attracted 6403 visitors in three days, informed Aditya Ashok of Intel Trade Fairs & Expositions in conversation with PrintWeek India.
Aditya said, “The number is quite high as we could attract new packaging users from across the interiors of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.”
The major players at the show, which celebrated its Silver Jubilee, were end of the line packaging solution providers, who exhibited form-fill-seal machines, coding and marking systems, labelling machines, gluing systems, pouching machines, etc.
The key names were Bosch, Nichrome, Wraptech, Videojet, Hilda Automation, Multivac, Maharshi Udhyog, Electronica Finance, Robatech, Signode India, etc.
While the show featured exhibitors from the packaging fraternity, there were also several new companies wooing customers. PrintOMake and TechNova shared the stall space with Bhavmark Systems.
The exhibition also saw a host of inkjet experts boasting about their latest solutions in marking and coding segment. Domino, Condot, Videojet, Hitachi, Monotech, Mark Vi Trac Systems, Markem Imaje and Rea Electronic among others highlighted track and trace systems.
The Intel team now gears up for the PrintExpo. “The PrintExpo 2015 will be held from 12 to 14 June 2015 at Chennai Trade Centre. With 250+ exhibitors from India and overseas the PrintExpo 2015 and will attract over 12,000 trade visitors,” said Aditya.
