IPAMA announces discounts on PrintPack India space rentals

Dayaker Reddy, president of IPAMA, said, “The governing council of the association in its 117th meeting held on 22 March 2021 decided to extend relief to the exhibitors in space charges to subdue the impact of COVID-19 and lockdowns imposed by the central and state governments from time to time which had crippled the industry.”

Besides, offering other discounts Reddy said, IPAMA may also favourably consider extending some complimentary services to the exhibitors and business visitors during the currency of the exhibition. “The business leaders in our industry have grappled with the Covid-19 pandemic, and as an association, their well-being is our top priority. The print equipment manufacturer and allied industry suppliers have put their assets to good use in the crisis, ensuring that their businesses survive. This IPAMA initiative is to support the industry so that our partners can participate in the exhibition, which I am sure will help secure business continuity.”

According to Reddy, 70% area has already been booked. “Major players of the industry have also remitted the requisite amount for the show,” he said.

IPAMA has developed exhibitors and visitors registration portals where the services will be available online in a week’s time. “Exhibitors can book the space after remitting the participation charges. After the remittance, the exhibitor can select the hall and stall. They can download receipts/invoices and can also place orders for additional services etc. Visitors can fix up their meetings with exhibitors online,” explained Reddy.
