IPAMA with ITPO gear up for Printpack 2011 in Delhi

Printpack will be held from 16-21 January 2011 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. A meet to promote the show was organised by IPAMA in association with India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in Surajkund, Faridabad, NCR. Earlier, on 7 May 2010 in the first meeting in Amritsar, the Printpack 2011 show was launched.

Present at the meeting were Naseem Ishaque, general manager at ITPO; Gunasekaran, deputy general manager at ITPO and other officials of ITPO besides NS Manku, president of IPAMA; Satish Bajwa, general secretary of IPAMA; HV Sheth the past president of IPAMA; V K Dhir of vice president of IPAMA and J S Kalsi the joint secretary of IPAMA.

Bajwa discussed how the continuous participation of each one of them over the years has encouraged them to upgrade and better each edition of Printpack India.

"The success of such shows also establishes India’s products over the world," said Sheth.

IPAMA announced that more than 3,000 sqmts space has been already booked by 44 participants for the print show from Amritsar and Delhi alone.

Manku pushed for applicants to give their bookings of participation as early as possible to get the desired space and help the organisers plan the event in a better way.

Ishaque gave a brief about how Printpack India has grown over the years and is now spread over 40,000 sqmts as compared to the 1993 show which was spread on an area of 5,981 sqmts.

It was followed by a presentation by IPAMA presenting the details of Printpack India’s growth over the years. Besides Printpack, a domestic exhibition at Chennai in 2012 was also announced.
