Great.
Which stall did you like and why?
Konica Minolta and Ricoh for the new information on technology.
The most unique stall at Ipex South Asia and why?
Konica Minolta.
A print job application you saw at the show - which you can’t get out of your head?
Print on metallic paper at the Konica Minolta stall.
Which Indian stall did you like the best?
Autoprint.
If we gave you a blank cheque what would you buy at Ipex South Asia? Name two products. One digital press from HP and the new Konical Minolta C70hc.
If you could be born either a great print technocrat + expert or a very rich print CEO, which one would you choose? You can’t say ‘both’.
The former.
CMYK or RGB. Why?
CMYK. I’ve learned and worked with it. I think it produces better results.
Choose: offset or digital?
Now digital. It is quick. You can quickly print what you think.
Something you learnt about for the first time at the show?
That digital has arrived. No display of offset machines, barring one.
What’s your idea of a perfect print trade show?
Drupa, one which educates you.
Your favourite print personality?
P Narendra, managing director of Pragati Offset. He’s brought international glory to the India’s print industry.
The next print trade show you are looking forward to?
Drupa, but naturaly.
If you were the last printer left on earth, what would you do?
I would not want to be left alone. Don’t know what I’d produce without competition.
