P N Sridharr, a spokesperson of ITC's PSPD, said, “We attempt to showcase all the possible print and post-print effects that our paperboard can effectively reproduce."
ITC's PSPD fabricates a wide range of products offering solutions to meet a diverse cross-section of packaging and communication needs. ITC bridges the entire spectrum of paperboards, from 100% virgin, food-grade boards which are from renewable and sustainable sources to 100% recycled boards.
The paperboard portfolio containing 18 grades is divided into two sections, one section is dedicated to 11 grades of packaging boards with some of ITC's prominent brands such as Cyber, PearlXL, Safire Graphik, Vivaa Liner and the second section is dedicated to seven grades of speciality and graphic boards with brands such as Opus Card, Art Maestro, Vivaa Card and so on.
“Among the promotion of our innovative and diverse range of products, the portfolio takes centre stage”, said Sridharr.
The Product Application Matrix, one of the features, recommends specific grades from the portfolio for different end-use applications such as F&B, FMCG, consumer electronics, pharma, liquor, garments and publishing.
ITC’s four factories specialise in the above range of products. Together, these units have capacity to produce seven lakh tonnes per annum of paper and paperboards that the company claims to meet stringent quality requirements across the world. All four manufacturing units are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified and meet strict environment, health and safety norms.
