Jaina Offset installs Komori Lithrone G37

Established in 1979, Jaina Offset is a commercial and books printer and produces corporate literatures, annual reports, calendars, brochures, folders, posters, newspaper inserts, greeting cards, catalogues, packaging material and magazines.

Jaina’s production plant is spread across 14,000-sqft area and is equipped with in-house CTP, multicolour printing presses from Heidelberg and Adast Dominant; and post-press is equipped with MBO folding machines, Polygraph section-sewing machine, Polar paper-cutting machine, six-clamp perfect binder from Welbound and others.

VP Jain of Jaina Offset Printers said as quality print production and faster turnaround are the needs of the hour, to fulfil the requirements, a new printing press was the only option. “Komori became our choice because many printers have installed the presses from Komori and we received positive feedback from the market,” Jain said.

He added that most of the company’s jobs come under the size of 25x37-inches and so it went for 25x37-inches press. “Though we are a commercial and books printer, the press will enable us to enter into packaging segment also,” Jain said.

Jaina Offset Printers is a family-owned business and converts around 300-tonnes of paper monthly.
