Jauhari Process adds Fairprint two-colour

Varanasi-based Jauhari Process who have been a loyal customer of Fairprint for the past 15 years has installed two-colour machine.

Talking about the investment, Apurv Mittal, director at Jauhari Process, said, “With the new installation, we expect our work and revenue to grow more than three times. Fairprint is a machine with basic functionality and it can be operated at ease.”

Mittal, added, “Currently, we can print two-colour in a single run. In future, we are planning to enter the packaging segment, as it is the growing market and has a lot of opportunities."

The 30 years old firm also owns a Fairprint single-colour machine. The company caters in and around Varanasi to fulfil the demand of carry bags for the local shopkeepers and the adjacent markets near Varanasi.

Om Arora, executive director at Fair Deal Engineers, said, “Jauhari Process has been our customer for more than one decade now and they have installed three machines from us.”

The Fairprint small offset is compact, easy to run and highly productive press. The 14 rollers inking units distributes ink for the most demanding printing tasks. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated, providing maximum ink grinding. The system is equipped with screws for fine control of ink. The drop away facility is provided for easy cleaning without setting of rollers or the fountain.
