The machine was commissioned by MS Printing Solutions’ Indian distributor Orange O Tec.
Aayush Rathi, owner, Orange O Tec, said, “The Mini Lario kit offers high speed, accuracy, and productivity. The multi-pass textile inkjet printer will help Jay Chemicals print with Huntsman reactive inks with an open ink system. Also, the machine comes as an alternative to flatbed printing.”
The other factors that revolved around Jay Industrial Chemicals’ decision to opt for the MS Mini Lario printer were the implementation and operating costs of textile, along with the reduction of the workforce.
The machine boasts a maximum production speed of 18.2-m/min. It can facilitate up to 64 print heads and can print up to a width of 180 to 320-cm with 600x600-dpi.
In addition, it incorporates features such as an open software system, embedded remote diagnostics, embedded web server for cost report, and a local printing queue management system.
It adds to Jay Industrial Chemicals’ capacity of four JP7 solutions bought through Orange O Tec. “The Mini Lario is the fastest multi-pass inkjet textile printer available in the market. It can challenge the output of the four JP7 solutions combined,” added Rathi.
The machine was amongst the seven machines sold by the company at ITMA 2019.
MS Printing Solutions has 135 installations of digital textile printing machines in India.
