Kalbro launches Graphic Air Pumps

Faridabad-based Kalbro Pumps has launched Graphic Air Pumps for the Indian print market. These pumps which were first seen at the company's stall during PrintPack 2013 have a vacuum compressor which ensures "trouble-free performance, zero maintenance and noise-free."

Jagjit Singh Kalsi, managing partner of Kalbro Pumps said, "We have been in this business since 1982. One reason, we have sell more than 5,000 pumps per year is, we deliver efficient after-sales services and assure reliable services of maintenance, replacement, installation and commissioning work of pumps to the customer."

Kalbro's Rotary Vane Vacuum is a popular brand among Indian firms who have offset presses and paper handling kit. A majority of the presses which boast of pre-owned machines have these pumps as a replacement. These pumps are manufactured at Kalbro's Faridabad factory which, according to Kalsi, has, "lathe machines, CNC milling kit, surface grinders, CNC vertical milling, dynamic balancing machines, drilling machines and honning machines."

Kalsi stated, "Besides India, the pumps are also exported. In addition, we have OEM partnerships with TPH, Lineomatic, Sahil Graphics and APL.

Today, the top three vacuum pump manufacturers in India are Kalbro, Falcon and Acmevac.
