Kanan Graphics signs Avery Dennison deal for gumming sheets

Mumbai-based Kanan Graphics, a distributor of self-adhesive stock sheets and UV inks, has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Avery Dennison for distribution of gumming sheet in digital media.

Making the announcement at Pamex, Chetan Shah, director, Kanan Graphics, told PrintWeek India, "At Pamex 2015, we are expecting new customers to visit the stall. Today, clients are willing to understand the technology and are ready to upgrade themselves with knowledge about the products and are also interested in the UV market segments. This partnership is geared towards providing solutions, which will benefit the print service providers."
 
The Avery self-adhesive sheets product ranges are chromo, mirror coat, PP white, and PP clear. These products are available with sizes 12x18 and 13x19, and these products application can be used for promotional jobs, short run proofing and apparels. The company will be offering the products in and around Mumbai.
 
Kanan is also the distributor for Toyo Ink Arets’ Steraflex inks used for flexo printing, which was launched at LableExpo Delhi in 2014. “Recently Toyo Ink Arets has also launched drip off varnishes for narrow web presses,” informed Shah.
 
At its Pamex stall, Kanan Graphics is offering rubber blankets manufactured by Printec, a Trelleborg company.
