Kiran Consultants’ new cloud-based CRM and ERP solutions

Explaining the concept of cloud computing, Gaurav Bansal, director at Kiran Consultants, said, cloud uses an array of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, process and manage data rather than local or in-house server. “In the SaaS model, users gain access to the application software for an annual subscription fee. Since the application is hosted on the cloud, they can run it from their desktops, mobile and tablets without the hassles of IT Infrastructure thus simplifying software’s implementation, use, maintenance and support.”

 

Kiran Consultant has been providing CRM and ERP solutions to the printing and packaging companies since 1988, with Uflex being its very first customer. The new cloud-based version is targeted at the packaging and label segment.

 

Bansal claims that with the new cloud-based system, the clients will now get access the solutions even while on the move using mobile, tablets. “Using our CRM Solution, the marketing personnel can compute fast job estimates of flexibles, labels and others and provide instant quote to potential customers."

 

The other features of the solutions include providing details raw material used in the manufacture of product, suppliers from where it was procured, its QC specs sheet, intermediates goods produced, ink/adhesives batches which went in its production to enable the team pin point the root cause of the problem.
