The agenda of the programme is to engage with partners across the country, provide training, share the company’s strategy and knowledge on the wide range of Kodak Alaris scanning solutions available in the market, and empower partners to grow the information management and document scanning business in India.

The partner meetings of KAIMPY 2015, which started in April, have been held so far in Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Vishakhapatnam and Patna. Now, Kodak Alaris is planning partner meetings in tier-two and tier-three cities.

“We believe in investing in our partners and having a mutually beneficial relationship. The twin-fold objectives of KAIMPY 2015 are knowledge transfer and relationship building with existing and potential partners. This is to ensure that our partners have the right skill-set to engage with customers,” said Vivek Naidu, vice-president, information management, Kodak Alaris India.

According to the company, the advantage for channel partners and their customers is the widespread post-sales service network of Kodak Alaris across India. The company provides service and support from installation to maintenance to professional services, ensuring ongoing productivity as well as continued relevance of the solutions to business processes.

The company recently announced an updated line of document scanners that reverse the build-up of paper. The new Kodak i2420, i2620 and i2820 scanners build on the i2000 series scanner platform with features and enhancements that address the challenges faced by users with heavy-duty desktop scanning needs.
