Konica Minolta wins Brand Keys customer loyalty award for 9th year

Konica Minolta Business Solutions, a global technological company specialising in office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems and IT services, has received the Brand Keys’ Customer Loyalty Award for the ninth consecutive year.

This was the 21st annual survey conducted by Brand Keys, a New York-based brand engagement and customer loyalty research consultancy. Ratings were based on a brand’s ability to meet customer expectations and do so better than its competition in the category in which it competes.

In a marketplace where consumers’ expectations change quickly and brands struggle to create meaningful differentiation and engagement, those better able to identify customer expectations and address them via authentic emotional values will see tangible bottom-line results.
