S Kumar completes multiple installations with Zonten
S Kumar Multi Products has completed multiple installations of Zonten’s label printing and converting equipment. The firm has installed seven flexo press, six die-cutting machines, five slitting machines and one offline laminator in the past three months.

Aarjav Hansoti, the director, S Kumar Multi Products, said, “The Zonten machine is the first of its kind in India and includes two cold foil stations and a laminator.”
In another development, Delhi-based GSP Labels has invested in an eight -colour flexo press. The press is equipped with 4+4 twin tower flexo press for specialised labels, with two cold foil station. “We received a repeat order two months after the installation of the flexo press.” The second machine is a wide web, six-colour flexo press, with an offline die-cutting machine and laminator.
Additionally, Erode-based Protocol Labels, Panchkula-based Pearl Industries and S-Jet Technologies and Goa-based Goldie Prints have opted for the six-colour flexo press with a mixture of inline configurations of die-cutting and slitter rewinder machines.
Salem-based Rajeswari Forms and Pune-based ID Technologies have invested in converting machines from Zonten.
In all there has been a total of 47 label machines and 140 converting machines installed in India so far. Hansoti said, “The reason for print firms opting for Zonten presses are the high print quality, low space requirement, reasonable investment for setting up a plant, quicker ROI, low pay back period, and complete know how and excellent services."
Ahmedabad-based S Kumar Multi Products is a part of S Kumar Group. The company is a distributor for China-based Zonten label printing and converting equipments. S Kumar Multi Products have also invested in a six-colour flexo press with cold foil station for its facility to boost their capacity. It now has a total of four flexo presses and one intermittent offset label press. The facility doubles up as a demo and training centre for new customers and their operators.
