Kwality Offset Printers adds Mark Andy P5 and Rotoflex
New Delhi-based Kwality Offset Printers has put into service a brand new Mark Andy Performance series P5 narrow web flexo press and a Rotoflex VSI 330 label inspection system.

The new Performance series press will share the shopfloor space at Kwality with Mark Andy’s 2200 and XP5000 presses.
The P5 is equipped with auto-register, re-register and UV System. In order to support this increased production, the company has installed a Rotoflex VSI 330 slitter inspection rewind system with E-GEN3 controller system to boost capacity and improve efficiencies for its inhouse print shop.

Rajiv Chhatwal, managing director for Kwality Offset Printers, said, “We primarily purchased Mark Andy XP5000 to cater to high-end labels and packaging to the FMCG, beverage, liquor and wine industries. And with our ever increasing portfolio, we were more than sure that it had to be a P5 press this time.”
