Labelexpo 2018: Abdos adopts flexography with CDI Spark 2530
New Delhi-based Abdos Lamitubes, with expertise in letterpress printing technology, has ventured into the flexo printing by partnering with Esko for the supply of the pre-press operations and a CDI Spark 2530 enabled with HD Flexo.

“Abdos it is the first company in the east of India to have installed the DuPont Cyrel FAST 2000 TD and the CDI spark 2530," said Bijay Agarwal, director, Abdos Lamitubes.
Siddhant Agarwal, assistant vice-president, Abdos, said, “After doing a thorough analysis, we felt that Esko is providing us with the best facilities and we decided to go for Esko.”
The CDI Spark 2530 comes with EasyClamp, to securely hold down flexo plates of any thickness on the vacuum drum.
Abdos started its Lamitubes business in 2004 and caters to industry segments such as pharma, FMCG and oral care, among others.
It has manufacturing units in Guwahati and Roorkee, and are among the top three lamitube manufacturers in India, Siddhhant Agarwal said.
