Labelexpo 2018: Acme announces indigenous anilox rollers
Ahmedabad-based Acme Rolltech highlighted its range of anilox rollers at Labelexpo India 2018. Founded in 2018, according to Acme Rolltech, it is the first indigenous anilox roller manufacturing company in India.

Parag Koradia of Acme Rolltech said, “We have the best infrastructure equipped with the facilities for providing coating and engraving solutions. Since we manufacture in India, we can help customers with a faster delivery service and save their import and freight cost.”
Acme also provides refurbishing and fabrication of the rollers and sleeves. It can handle rolls up to the length of 4500mm and a diameter of 600mm.
The coatings are applied with the help of plasma processes and fully automatic robotics systems to achieve consistency and minimal porosity for laser engraving.
Acme’s range of anilox rollers include AH60 Hexagon, AH80 elongated Hexagon, AD45 Diamond and AT45 Tri-Helical.
Koradia said the rollers provides ink metering solutions to the industry segments such as labels, flexible packaging, envelope, can coating, offset and lamination, among others.
The company will start providing the rollers from January 2019.
