Labelexpo 2018: Alliance Printech to unveil flexo label press

While the new machine borrows its design from Alliance’s Neoflex A3 press, the Alliance A3 comes with a range of new features such as chambered inking system, cantilever unwind and rewind stands, UV with chill drum for flexible substrates, corona treater, web cleaner, cold foil station, delam-relam, lamination unit etc. Alliance has installed more than 20 machines.   

Jatinder Julka of Alliance Printech said, “The A3 flexo label press is a multi-substrate press designed for printing on self-adhesive stocks, flexible materials, aluminium foils for lidding and wrapping, and metallised substrates.”

The chamber inking system betters ink metering and enables a consistent ink flow. It avoids ink contamination which is a vital parameter while printing pharmaceutical and cosmetic labels.

“We will run live demonstrations at the show so that the customers can evaluate the new features of the machine in comparison with the other presses,” added Julka.   

Alliance Printech has installed more than twenty flexo label presses in countries like India, UAE, Ghana, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and Botswana among others.

Few of the top names in its clientele include Dutta Press, Prakash Hitack and Swapnali Labels.
