Labelexpo 2018: DuPont to highlight Cyrel Fast 2000 TD thermal processor
With India poised to bring about regulations on waste and waste management, DuPont believes the new Cyrel 2000TD solventless processor should be on every flexo user’s must-see list at the show.

According to DuPont, since the equipment is solvent-free, it is environment-friendly with no solvents to handle, store or recycle, and no drying time is required, enabling businesses to create high-quality Cyrel Fast press-ready plates in less than an hour.
The Cyrel Fast 2000 TD provides productivity in a mid-size (42-inches to 60-inches) format for flexible packaging, tag and label applications.
Along with the Cyrel Fast 2000 TD thermal processor, DuPont and Esko will jointly exhibit a complete solution for flexo platemaking, which includes the Cyrel Fast 1000 ECLF exposure, light finisher and post-exposure unit along with Cyrel Easy flexographic printing plate.
The manufacturer will run this workflow live for a first-hand customer experience. These types of equipment will be used for processing Cyrel Easy plates – with inbuilt flat-top dots. All plates will be exposed on the Esko XPS system.
