Labelexpo 2022: Delhi’s Alpha Flex invests in CDI Spark 4260, Crystal XPS 4260

Established in 2015, Alpha Flex was looking to expand and grow in its business. With the latest addition, the company will be able to do just that, as it can get good results in a consistent manner. 

“Before we installed our current machine, we were using UV lamp technology. What we saw was that we were not getting a uniform, strong intensity that we are now witnessing with the LED-based technology. It is more consistent and it is a fully flat top technology,” Raghav Madan, managing partner, Alpha Flex, said.

The CDI Crystal 4260 XPS reduces training needs and increases operator efficiency and increases consistency.

At the show, Esko showcased its latest innovations that help in delivering workflow improvements to boost both digital print productivity and operational efficiencies. The company also demonstrated how its portfolio of hardware and software solutions enable businesses to better digitise, automate and connect to accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods.

“Alpha Flex is a company that deals with high quality flexo plates. Along with the CDI Spark 4260, the company invested in Esko’s CDI Crystal XPS 4260. It is for the first time that both the systems are being installed together in Delhi-NCR. There are 12 such machines,” Karan Talwar, sales director, South Asia, Esko, said.
