Labelexpo 2022: Welcome address by Pradeep Saroha
Pradeep Saroha, event director of Labelexpo India, welcomed visitors during the inauguration of the seventh edition of Labelexpo India in the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, on 10 November. Here is the edited excerpt from his opening remarks.

A warm welcome to all of you as we move onto the seventh edition of the Labelexpo India. After a gap of four years, we are excited to be back at the expo centre in Greater Noida. Labelexpo is a show that receives constant growth in its every edition. But this year’s edition promises to be our largest in the region with more than 50 exhibitors out of which 40 will be exhibiting for the first time. And that gives an even better opportunity for buying and increasing our network.
The momentum behind the show has been fantastic. The motto this year is all about exploring the future of label printing as a reflection of the ever more futuristic and innovative labels and packaging, printing machinery and products.
We also have a digital embellishment trade with the leading exhibitors showcasing digital embellishment technologies which is a growing segment for the industry.
This year, we also have the LMAI Awards night on the second day of the show to honour and recognise the most innovative label printing businesses in India.
