Labelexpo 2023: Nilpeter and Screen join forces to unveil integrated digital printing press

Two major players in the printing equipment industry, Screen and Nilpeter, have teamed up to introduce a cutting-edge integrated digital printing press for label printing.

This new solution was unveiled at Labelexpo 2023 and was displayed at Screen's booth in Hall 9, Stand B30.

Screen, the developer of Truepress Label 350UV SAI technology, has integrated its expertise with Nilpeter's FA-Line flexo platform, which is renowned for its unmatched versatility and performance.

On the Nilpeter stand were two presses running live – FA-26 and FA-17, two machines, which Baretto said, are perfect for short-run flexible packaging and labels. “The FA-26 is a game-changer in the industry thanks to its incredible inline printing capabilities, which can be used in various applications. With a sturdy build and cutting-edge features, this machine guarantees high-quality prints at any speed.”

Additionally, the FA-17 was fitted with a high-build inkjet digital varnish bar. “It’s a unique replacement for traditional high-build spot varnish and doming. Compared to traditional methods, it is extremely easy to use, cost-efficient and time-saving. The unit can be retrofitted at any point on any Nilpeter presses.
