The new press offers inline priming and varnishing, along with five-colour (CMYK + white) digital printing, allowing users to complete jobs quickly. Its Esko Digital Front End makes it easy to operate, colour match and do variable data printing.

It is based on the proven N610i platform which already has numerous success stories globally and in India, which include Unick Fix-a-Form in Ahmedabad, Jain Transfer Products in Noida and SCCI in Bhiwadi, among others.

The Domino N610i H has a piezo drop-on-demand inkjet. It runs up to 50-m/min with all colours (CMYK + white) at the print resolution of 600x600-dpi native with four greyscales. The maximum print width is 333-mm while the web width is 340-mm. Domino has manufactured UV92 and UV95 ink sets.

“The product was developed to enable label converters to confidently transition into digital printing. Recognising that many in the industry were seeking a compact and entry-level solution, Dominos focused on creating a machine that combines essential features without overwhelming complexity,” said Sandeep Vadaka, senior general manager, sectors, Domino.

At Labelexpo, the company highlighted its multicolour and monochrome digital inkjet presses, along with coding software solutions. Domino manufactures digital inkjet presses with UV-curable inks, in five and seven colours. The seven-colour press has the capacity to deliver the level of Pantone shade coverage while making labels.

“Labelexpo is a platform where we get to meet almost all key converters. We get the opportunity to interact with others and to showcase our best technologies, it's all in mutual benefit,” Vadaka said.
