Innovative Label Solutions manufactures and supplies pressure-sensitive and self-adhesive labels in the roll and sheet forms. The company’s labels in the roll form are suitably produced for applications using advanced automatic and semi-automatic labelling machines, whereas those in sheet forms are for manual applications. Key products in the company portfolio include shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, stretch sleeves, laminated pouches, lid laminates, and shrink wraps, among others.
Led by three business partners, Hemant Pathak, Sunil Sawant, and Bhanudas Chouhan, Innovative Label Solutions has been constantly upgrading its infrastructure and machine portfolio to maintain overall quality, productivity, and innovation. In this, Pathak said they chose machines, such as the Rhyguan from FIG, that were best for their classes.
The Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter rewinder with Luster 100% camera, which will be installed at Innovative’s newly relocated production facility of 25,000-sqft in area, is a standard, cost-effective, and versatile machine fully packed with advanced features like servo-rewinder for clockwise and anti-clockwise rewiding.
“We have also invested in a six-colour press from Taiyo Japan and a screen printing machine,” Pathak said, adding, “Currently, we are running three presses, an eight-colour Mark Andy, a 10-colour Taiyo, and an eight-colour Alliance at our newly relocated production facility.”
Gourav Roy, managing director, Flexo Image Graphics, said the company feels great to be partnered with Innovative Label Solutions. “We wish to further strengthen our partnership with them,” he added.
