Labelexpo Europe 2019: RK PrintCoat to showcase preparation and coating systems
Sample preparation system and coating technology specialist RK PrintCoat Instruments (Hall 6/Stand D19) would be showcasing a variety of flexo and gravure colour communication systems, ranging from the inexpensive K Hand Coater, to the VCML Pilot Coater, at Labelexpo Europe 2019.

RK Print Coat's FlexiProof 100 UV machine
Following their success at Labelexpo Europe 2017, RK would be again displaying their VCML Pilot coater; a reel-to-reel machine developed for printing, coating, and laminating for R&D, product development, QC and so on.
Explaining their participation in Labelexpo Europe 2019, Tom Kerchiss, managing director, said, "Labelexpo is an excellent platform to showcase our proofing technology, as well as catching up with existing customers, key partners, and meet new future clients.”
The company would also be displaying their innovative FlexiProof 100/UV machine. The unit incorporates the essential features required for quality control and research and development of flexo inks. Identical to a standard flexographic press, the machine utilises a doctored ceramic anilox and photopolymer plate. With a maximum speed of 100 metres/min, realistic printability testing can be undertaken on all types of flexo substrates.
