Labelexpo Europe 2019: UV Graphic Technologies announces 13 deals

The deal includes four narrow web flexo printing presses and nine video plate mounters.

Anand Bhiwandkar, director-sales, UV Graphic Technologies, said that they have closed one order for the narrow web flexo printing press within three hours of the show. The deal was finalised with South Africa-based label printer, Spec Systems. During the four-day show, they finalised three more orders for the narrow web flexo printing presses from label printers who are based in  Greece, Poland and Portugal.

"We gave a live demo of our Ultraflex UFO, an eight colour narrow web flexo printing which can print up to 370 mm wide media. It is equipped with relam delam, turn bars, online hot foil, cold foil, peel and seal, smart UV-capable for both conventional and LED UV treatment and can run at the maximum speed up to 150 m/m. We have shown printing of labels, shrink films, online hot foil & cold foil and specialised coatings during the show at the speed of 150 m/m" added Bhiwandkar

He said that the displayed machine at the show will head to the Spec Systems shopfloor.
