AB Graphic International (ABG) will exhibit a large range of new developments from its label converting and finishing lines, from demonstration of Numerous Digicon Series 2 digital finishing lines, to display of laser cutting lines and software integration into the Digicon series 2 platform – ABG’s new Digiflow and Digilase products. To complete the product range, there will also be a new vision inspection systems and pharmaceutical rewinders on display at the ABG stand. ABG’s inline finishing systems will also be on display on the HP and ETI booths.

Bar Graphic Machinery

Bar Graphic Machinery is launching two new systems at this year’s Labelexpo Europe. It will be unveiling the 160m/min Elite Digiflex full servo flexo semi rotary or full rotary die cut to re-register slitter rewinder, which has been developed to convert and finish pre-printed digital, inkjet, or flexo media. Also to be released is the new Full servo 550 wide Elite Multiflex a multiple substrate inspection slitter rewinder capable of slitting and rewinding a wide range of unsupported and supported films, foils, papers and light board substrates as fine as 11 microns.

Gurgaon-based Creed Engineers will launch Vinsak LSR330 label inspection slitter rewinder, which will be demonstrated alongwith Vinsak VIS 1200 inkjet system. In addition, the products showcased at Creed’s stand will include Vinsak’s brand protection solutions such as security inks, softwares and other smart innovative and secure products. According to the company, these products are aimed at providing profit improvement, environmental considerations and adding more value to the products and applications. Neeraj Sharma, executive director, Creed Engineers, said, “This is the first show for Vinsak at Labelexpo Europe and we have new products to show. The Vinsak LSR 330 label inspection slitter rewinder has been a result of our research and development through which we are able to introduce many products that we know will be of high interest for many customers.” The VIS1200 is a modular wide format inkjet printing system. According to Sharma, the VIS 1200 can print on a variety of papers such as offset papers, coated paper, gloss papers etc. The user interface is easy to handle, offers a good overview and with its Windows technology it is truly intuitive.”

The new generation of Eltromat’s 100% print inspection system will be displayed for the first time at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels. Twin check 2.0 is based on a brand-new camera – illumination unit including RGB line scan cameras which doubles the resolution and leads to a brilliant image quality. The new patented illumination unit allows for best inspection results on different materials.

Erhardt+Leimer will launch its Elcam pattern guiding system at Labelexpo Europe. The ELCAM pattern guiding system allows the operator to guide and control the position of labels during the slitting process. The system can simultaneously measure the position of the printed image in relation to the die. The system can be integrated very easily into any digital E+L web guiding system and therefore permits accurate positioning during different stages of the production.

Martin Automatic will be highlighting the latest available version of the LRD rewinder with running demonstrations at Labelexpo Europe. The latest LRD transfer rewinder accommodates 800 mm diameter rolls in the standard model, with larger diameter models available.  In addition to high visibility, expanded diagnostics and even easier operation, the new touchscreen control of the LRD includes recipe functions so operators can quickly and easily store and recall the winding parameters of repeat jobs. The optional in-line slitter package has been enhanced to offer lateral adjustment of the slitter and anvil roller assembly for quicker set-up, fine-tuning and change-over between jobs.
