Labelexpo India 2010: At a Glance
It was a good rounding up to the year. The Labelexpo which took place from 8 to 11 December at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi can be rated as solid success.
Sai Packaging in Delhi installs Gallus ECS 340 and the EMS 280
Delhi-based Sai Packaging with plants in Faridabad and Bengaluru is the first Indian company to have the Gallus ECS 340 flexographic printing press, made by the Swiss company Gallus.
Mark Andy P5 booked by Barcom and Astron
The Mark Andy stall had two models P5 and P3 at Labelexpo India. The highlight at Mark Andy stall was: the company has sold out two P5 presses to Astron Packaging in Ahmedabad and Barcom Industries in Mumbai.
Weldon Celloplast makes a mark with Omet and Rotocontrol
Weldon Celloplast showcased Omet machines at its busy stall. The company has already sold the first Omet press in India. The Flexy press on the stand, on demo throughout the show will be installed at Arunodaya Paper Products in Hyderabad; while an all-servo X-Flex has been sold to Renault Paper Products which is located in Palghar.
Delhi-based Shree Balaji Printers books Lintec to boost production
14 year old, Delhi-based Shree Balaji Printers booked a new Lintec printing press 300iTP at Labelexpo India. This is the fourth printing press for the company.
Nilpeter trumpets its made in India FB 3300S 13 inch press
Nilpeter displayed an eight-colour FB 3300S 13-inch full servo press at Labelexpo. Interestingly enough, this press has been manufactured in Chennai by the Nilpeter/Proteck joint venture company, Nilpeter India.
Pragati Flexo opts for second MPS
Pragati Flexo which is a sister company of Pragati Offset and Pragati Packaging is adding a fully-loaded MPS EC 330 press to its existing flexo capabilities.
