Labelexpo India 2018: Alliance sells two A3 flexo presses

The A3 flexo press is Prakash Industries’ second machine purchased from Alliance Printech.

Explaining about the new press, Jatinder Julka, director, Alliance Printech said,” The Alliance A3 comes with a range of new features such as chambered inking system, cantilever unwind and rewind stands, UV with chill drum for flexible substrates, corona treater, web cleaner, cold foil station, delam-relam, and lamination unit, among others.” 

The machine comes with a compact design which is vital for reducing land footprint and save aisle space. It includes features such as a faster change–over time with variable speed levels, along with its core feature of the chambered inking system.

“The chambered inking system is the first of its kind. It betters ink metering and enables a consistent ink flow. It avoids ink contamination which is a vital parameter while printing pharmaceutical and cosmetic labels,” added Julka.

With this new addition, Julka claims that the company would be able to double its growth. Alliance has installed close to 25 flexo presses across in India and overseas.
