TechNova Imaging Systems | Stands: D26, E20
TechNova Imaging Systems will make a prominent appearance at Labelexpo 2024 with two stands. The company will showcase several star products, including the HP Indigo 6K digital narrow-web press, launched in 2021.
This digital press is capable of producing short-run, on-demand labels and packaging for a variety of applications, such as self-adhesive labels, folding cartons, shrink sleeves, lamitubes, pouches, and in-mould labels.
The HP Indigo 6K uses Liquid ElectroPhotography (LEP) technology, delivering print quality comparable to offset and gravure. Supporting a wide range of substrates and featuring single-shot printing, it ensures perfect colour registration with minimal waste, while eliminating the high setup costs associated with flexo printing. Live demonstrations of the HP Indigo 6K will take place at Stand E20, Hall 10.
At stand D26, TechNova will present a comprehensive lineup of packaging and labelling solutions. In addition to flexo plates from Asahi and letterpress and waterless plates from Toray, visitors will also see Esko Packaging Software, the digital label finisher from JWEI, UV flexo inks and coatings from Sakata INX, and flexo chemicals and specialty cleaners from PCO and TechNova. These solutions are designed to meet the evolving demands of the label and packaging industries, offering sustainability, efficiency, and superior print quality.

These flexographic printing machines are designed for high-quality label and packaging production. The fully servo ELS models enable precise and efficient printing with superior control and minimal downtime on a wide range of substrates.
Both models feature auto registration, ensuring precise print alignment, and come equipped with advanced tension control systems for flawless printing.
Webtech has already installed several fully servo ELS presses in both India and abroad. A recent success story involves a major label converter in Rwanda that reported a 20% increase in production efficiency and a significant reduction in waste after integrating the 340-mm ELS servo machine into its operations.
The company has installed over 140 flexographic presses globally, including more than 14 flexo presses in the last six months alone. Its target for the financial year 2024-2025 is to deliver over 30 flexo presses by March 2025.
