Line O Matic to unveil several machines at Drupa

The Ahmedabad-based company’s flagship Bolt RB104 is a fully automatic exercise book machine. The machine is fitted with a shaftless reel unwinding stand, two colour printing towers, a cross-cutting unit, a sheet overlapping unit, a sheet counting and collating unit, and an inserter for pre-printed index sheets, among many other features.

The Apex RS165 is a folio-size sheeter with a twin unwind stand, a pocket slitting system, a digital synchro cross-cutting unit, a paper conveyor unit, and a pile delivery station with a control panel. 

The Spiro B340 D, another machine that Line O Matic will be exhibiting, has a manual bunch feeding unit, a layer separating unit, a punching and collecting unit, a round corner cutting unit, a double ring binding unit, and, like the other machines, a centralised control panel.

The fourth and last machine Line O Matic will exhibit at Drupa is the STM 125, an automatic reel-to-reel flexo printing machine. This machine includes a reel unwinding station, a four-colour printing station, a hot dryer unit, a reel rewinding station, and control components.
