Ludhiana print CEOs discuss print challenges
Over 20 print CEOs attended the roundtable discussion organised by Offset Printers Association (OPA), Ludhiana and PrintWeek India on 19 April 2014.

Kamal Chopra, general secretary of OPA initiated the discussion with opening remarks about the health of the print industry in the city.
The 150-minute session, which was moderated by Rahul Kumar, associate editor of PrintWeek India, deliberated upon various topics including fluctuation of raw material prices especially paper, unavailability of skilled labour, lack of technical education since most of the presses are family-owned, less quality production, higher interest rate on loan and taxation among others.
