Guru Prasad of Ma Prints said, “The need for in-house digital embellishment and enhanced productivity, versatility, and providing all services under one roof drove the decision to invest in the Duplo DDC 810. TechNova was instrumental in our selection process, providing valuable insights.”
Ma Prints has evolved into a prominent solution provider in the printing and packaging industry. Guru Prasad said the company has earned a reputation for providing high-quality printing solutions to our diverse clientele.
Ma Prints currently offers solutions and development in commercial printing and packaging. Kailash C Talwar is in charge of overseeing critical aspects of equipment procurement and investment. Guru Prasad assists him in development and operations, and Sukesh in sales and procurement.
Guru Prasad said, “The evolving market dynamics and customer preferences have led to an increasing demand for digital printing. Clients want shorter print runs, customised solutions, and faster turnaround times, all of which digital printing excels at.”
He added, “Meeting diverse customer demands and turnaround time with all print enhancements is a significant challenge. To address this, we have ongoing staff training, adaptation, and equipment upgrades to ensure that we remain agile and responsive in a dynamic market.”
He said Ma Prints has a bright and inquisitive team eager to learn, unlearn, and adapt to new technology. The installation process was a meticulous endeavour in which the TechNova team worked well together. “The implementation of comprehensive training programmes will always be a challenge. Our team had hands-on experience, which made the transition easier,” he said, adding, “There were some technical learning curves as our team became acquainted with the intricacies of the digital device. We have requested that the TechNova team provide rigorous training sessions to assist our staff in gaining proficiency. In essence, any facility will be able to overcome both technical and behavioural challenges with a combination of targeted training, hands-on support from TechNova, and proactive change management strategies as an ongoing process.”
Guru Prasad said since the installation, the company has seen improvements in its products due to in-house production, which has increased production efficiency, superior print quality, and faster delivery times. These positive changes have increased customer satisfaction because the company is now better able to meet its ever-evolving requirements.
The company is now anticipating its market expansion with increased service offerings following this strategic investment. “The expected return on investment (ROI) is favourable due to efficiency gains and improved capabilities. We hope that TechNova’s ongoing training and upgrading support will be instrumental in maximising the long-term benefits, and we believe that this strategic investment will significantly contribute to our continued success and innovation in the printing industry,” Guru Prasad said.
