Naresh, director of Macromedia, said, “We’ve been looking to expand our offerings, particularly in soft signage printing. The EFI FabriVU 340i+ seemed like a perfect fit for us. Its wider application range and production-level speeds caught our attention immediately. From homes and hospitality furnishing to flags, retail fixture wraps, and beyond, this printer caters to a diverse array of applications with unparalleled precision and vibrancy.”
He added that the dye sublimation digital printer will cater to the company’s corporate customers and brands with impressive backlit, frontlit, blackback and flag. It has the capabilities of handling both direct transfer and paper sublimation processes, while the presence of an inline fixation unit negates the need for heat transfer paper and a separate heat press – saving time, money and floor space.
Sam Patel, MD & CEO of Arrow Digital, said, “The 3.4-m EFI Vutek FabriVU 340i+ dye-sublimation soft signage printer seamlessly integrated into Macromedia’s production line. With inline fixation capabilities, the printer allows for direct printing to fabric and sublimation in a single, seamless step.”
The Vutek FabriVU 340i+ boasts an industrial design. Running at 5172-ft² per hour, the printer ensures reliable delivery of jobs with tight turnarounds or large volumes in a single shift.
What truly distinguishes the EFI FabriVU 340i+ is its unparalleled print quality, featuring an uncompromised resolution of up to 2,400-dpi and three-level grayscale printing.
Naresh added that Arrow Digital’s support, available 24/7, ensured that Macromedia’s operations ran smoothly round the clock.
