The pre-press section of Mahavir Offset Printers’ production facility is equipped with a Kodak thermal CTP with Kodak Squarespot technology to deliver accurate and stable imaging. On the other side, the press section of the facility boasts a wide range of presses and machines, which includes three single colour presses, Komori Lithrone S429, Komori Lithrone 526+ coater UV press, amongst others.    

The post-press section of Mahavir Offset Printers is equipped with an array of high-end finishing machines and equipment from reputed brands. Some of the key machines in the section include three Shoei folding machines, Heidelberg cylinder die-cutting machine, Welbound PUR glue binding machine and others. 

Mahavir Offset Printers keeps upgrading its machine portfolio in rhythm with new trends and technologies in the market. After all, the company has also been extensively engaging in flexible packaging with an eight-colour flexo press, which eventually makes a complete presence of all types of machines and technologies in the portfolio of Mahavir Offset Printers. 

The Ricoh Pro C7200 digital colour production press with the capacity to print up to 85-ppm on stocks up to 360-gsm in 2,400×4,800-dpi from Monotech Systems is one of the latest additions to the portfolio. 

As far as the installation of the new Ricoh Pro C7200 is concerned, this is the first-ever digital colour production press installed at Mahavir Offset Printers. This advanced Ricoh Graphic Arts Edition five-colour digital production press with added features meet the need of the company’s short-run jobs. Mahavir Offset Printers has been constantly engaging in short-run jobs like on-demand books, labels, etc which they get printed now on the Ricoh Pro C7200.
