Media Expo 2017 saw over 12,000 visitors

Media Expo 2017, covering 12,445 sqm of space witnessed 186 exhibitors from India, China and Korea. Over 12,000 visitors were present during the three-day show at Pragati maidan, New Delhi.

Raj Manek, executive director and board member, Messe Frankfurt Asia was delighted with the turnout for the event and the response that he received over the three days. He said, “Media Expo knows the importance of media and entertainment industry sector and serves the purpose as a platform where companies showcase an array of advanced solutions and eco-friendly options for traditional media. This edition of Media Expo again has generated a good level of enquiries with many deals on all three days of the show.”

Colorjet arrived at the right time with right solutions, offering UV, eco-solvent, and soft signage capabilities. Today, Colorjet is one of the largest manufacturing units of digital inkjet printers in India and has a production capacity of 100 machines per month.

Colorjet closed 100 deals in three days at Media Expo. Smarth Bansal, brand manager, Colorjet Group, “Media Expo has been a great platform for us as it adds a lot of value to the brand. This year, we are very pleased with the kind of visitor response we have received at the exhibition.”

According to Shamrendra Kumar, business head – graphics of Avery Dennison, Media Expo is a one-stop solution where there is the opportunity to interact with media, technology, and machine industry.

Other technological developments at the show were UV flatbed printer, PVC-free solutions, backlit flex and LED options, channel letter printers and many more.

The next edition of Media Expo will take place from 22 – 24 February 2018 at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.
