According to the company, the introduction of this new multi-functional printer is another step in strengthening and establishing the company's extension of its product line into the burgeoning textile printing for sportswear, fashion, interior décor and soft signage applications.

The intelligent, affordable and versatile dye-sublimation printer, Texart RT-640M offers outstanding graphic results and gives a printer the freedom to print onto both ways, through transfer paper or direct-to-fabric, using the same specially-formulated Texart SBL3 sublimation inks.

The machine is best fit for those who are exploring business propositions in custom sign, graphics, décor and apparel business. With newly added unique capabilities to expand and simplify dye-sublimation, RT-640M can print directly onto coated polyester fabrics as well as dye-sublimation transfer paper, the class of which no other contemporary device can match.

The RT-640M is available in four-colour (CMYK), eight-colour (CMYK, Lc, Lm, Or, Vi) and eight-colour fluorescent (CMYK, Or, Vi, Fy, Fp) configurations. In addition, it is equipped with ErgoSoft Roland Edition-2 RIP software, which has been specifically designed for use with Texart printers. ErgoSoft Roland Edition-2 is widely regarded as the premier RIP software in the textile and dye-sublimation market.

Dependable and value for money, the RT-640M advanced features maximise print quality, productivity, and convenience. The media take-up incorporates adjustable front rollers for no-skew printing, as well as magnet weights for improved tensioning and performance.

Deborshi Paul Choudhary, business head, Apsom Infotex, said, “There is a wide scope for RT-640M printer, which is best fit for applications like flags, banners, backlit, indoor POP, curtain, bed cover, tablecloths, scarf, bags, handkerchief, etc. Additionally, its compact appearance and ability to produce high-quality sharp image would make it more profitable investment than any other machine. We are sure that this would be the most sought-after product in this edition of the Media Expo.”

Apart from the Texart RT-640M, Apsom Infotex will also be displaying Roland DG’s range of printers, which include Soljet EJ-640 — an eco-solvent printer, the latest UV technology, RF-640 UV, and direct-to-object UV LED flatbed printer Versa UV LEF- 300.
