Media Expo Mumbai 2020 opens
The 46th edition of Media Expo opened its doors on 20 February at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, welcoming visitors to a flurry of innovative displays from 159 exhibitors in the indoor, outdoor advertising, media printing and signage segment. Setting the tone for yet another fine edition, the opening day presented an ideal platform for witnessing new advancements, exploring avenues for growth, and honouring ingenious trends in modern brand campaigns.

Product highlights from day one
The Dimense printer by Apsom Infotec, which allows continuous printing and embossing simultaneously at up to 30-sqm/hr speed with a print width of 1.6-m. It uses latex eco-friendly inks and PVC-free structuring eco-deco media that provides a highly-durable output and does not fade under direct exposure to light media.
Mimaki and Handtop UV printers by Silicon Infotech, which can execute high-speed UV spot printing along with cutting, branding and embossing functions effective in label, signage and wallpaper industries, along with proofing and corporate gifting.
Platinum PCT by True Colours Solutions and Technologies India, which is an eco-friendly printer. Its heavy duty structure and design can render 24x7 operation with high-stability.
Lintec Ultra Clear Films by Lintec India, which is an inkjet printable media with scratch-resistant coating and UV-CUT property that blocks harmful UV rays, it is made from eco-friendly polyester film and is available with both permanent and removable adhesive.
