Media Expo Mumbai 2025 to showcase advertising innovations

The 54th edition of Media Expo Mumbai will take place from 10 to 12 April 2025 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. Over 150 exhibitors will display the latest innovations in advertising, branding, and signage. The event will also feature more than 20 new entrants to expand the diversity of solutions on offer.

This trade fair serves as a hub for indoor and outdoor advertising, attracting professionals from across the industry. Advancements in printing technologies, signage systems, digital displays, and textile fabrication are shaping new branding solutions. 

As advertising agencies adapt to consumer demand, technology is empowering creative processes across both print and digital mediums. The ongoing expansion of infrastructure projects, such as airports, metro stations, and shopping malls, has also opened up prime advertising spaces, helping boost the growth of digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising.

Government initiatives like the Smart Cities Mission support the growth of advertising spaces and drive opportunities in this competitive market. Raj Manek, executive director and board member of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings, said, “The upcoming Media Expo Mumbai will showcase innovations shaping the future of advertising and branding, particularly in an industry that is cost-intensive and creatively competitive.”

The expo will include expert-led knowledge sessions addressing topics such as fleet branding, digital signage, sustainable graphics, and brand visibility. India’s out-of-home advertising market is set to grow significantly, with digital and traditional OOH advertising contributing to this expansion.

Industry leaders like Apsom Technologies, Epson, Mimaki, and HP will display technologies. The event will also feature exhibitors from Korea, Italy, and China, creating a diverse international platform for advertising solutions.
