Media Expo Mumbai: Epson highlights SureColor SC-S80670
Epson India displayed a raft of machines, including SureColor SC S40670, S60670, S80670, P20070 and F7270, at the 40th edition of Media Expo, held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.

The company highlight at the show, however, was its SureColor SC-S80670 eco-solvent wide-format printer. According to Milind Chavan, area head-LFP west, Epson, the machine, which boasts a speed up to 95.1 sqm/hr, has been designed for indoor and commercial applications. “The inquiries for the SC-S80670 have been good,” Chavan said.
The SureColor-S80670 offers the widest colour gamut to meet the demanding jobs for indoor and commercial applications with the 10-colour UltraChrome Epson and UltraChrome GS3 ink. The machine has an option for white or metallic silver colours.
Chavan said today customers have come to accept eco-solvent kits due to their low running cost and good quality of print. This year, the eco-solvent will represent an opportunity for the wide-format industry.
A regular participant at Media Expo, Chavan said the show has been good for the company.
