MGI takes over Kora-Packmat with a major acquisition

MGI Digital Graphic Technology of France has acquired a major stake in the German industrial Kora-Packmat, a leading manufacturer of feeders, packaging machines and card personalisation systems.

This take over now makes MGi group one of the few independent manufacturers mastering the complete production chain aimed at developing future digital inkjet presses.

The MGi Group will be present at Drupa, where they will be displaying a wide range of machines including the latest in digital technologies. MGi will be present at hall 4, booth B24 and Kora-Pacmat at hall 3, booth A89.
