Where is your Anitha Art Printers based?
Our Mumbai-based press is in Kurla West and the office is in Santacruz.

How many staff members do you have?
We have about 45 people, who are part of our ISO 9001:2008 accredited company.
What does your firm do?
We are currently into commercial printing. We would like to venture into packaging in a major way.
What's your team's favourite paper?
Currently our favourite paper is the 100 gsm APP art paper.
Who is your typical customer?
Publishers are my most important customers, currently.
What is your latest investment?
Our latest investment is a forty inch Komori five colour + coater and a 12-station collator.
Why the recent investment of the 40-inch coater?
We are planning to foray into packaging. Hence this our first step in that direction. We will be adding punching very soon.
One thing you educate your customers about?
I am currently educating even my publishers to avoid lamination for their covers. We are asking them to do coating on the covers so that we could reduce our carbon footprint. Slowly that’s our aim. Eliminate lamination for all jobs.
One thing you are educating your team about?
As we are intending to do a lot of packaging work, soon, we are gearing up to have a better carbon footprint. And so, we are educating ourselves in this domain.
What according to you is your company's most unique print job?
Our coffee-table book for the Ministry of Tourism was our most unique job.
Your company's motto?
Our company's motto is to leave a legacy behind. This is one thing we are working on since some years now.
Where do you see your business in five years' time?
We see ourselves handling packaging for niche industries.
