Amit Agarwal, director of Miracle Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the new machine, stating, “Our dedication to packaging excellence and customer satisfaction drove us to choose the Bobst Novacut 106. Its versatility and high productivity allow us to create packaging that meets the precise needs of our valued clients.”
Miracle Group continues to strive for improvement guided by the philosophy, “We Can Make It Happen.” The incorporation of the Novacut 106 aligns with this vision, offering a significant technological boost to achieve record production levels.
Miracle Group is a comprehensive solution provider for various packaging needs, offering products like mono cartons, corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, labels, HDPE jars, advertising materials, and rigid boxes. Established in 2009 by Agarwal and his two brothers, Hemendra and Lokesh, the company has expanded significantly, employing over 1,500 staff across seven production sites. Recent acquisitions, including Sattik Packaging in Kolkata and Shivalik Containers in Himachal Pradesh in 2024, have further broadened its reach.
The adoption of the Novacut 106 has already yielded impressive results. Implementing the pre-make ready (PRE-MR) system for multiple jobs simultaneously, the machine achieves a productivity rate of nearly 7,000 sheets per hour, underscoring the company’s commitment to operational excellence. “Our partnership with Bobst goes beyond just the machine," Agarwal shared. "The company provided essential technical support and preventive maintenance, which have been invaluable in maximising the Novacut’s performance.”
The company has embraced a just-in-time (JIT) strategy, making its production process efficient. This approach, meticulous planning, and training have significantly reduced make-ready times and minimised waste.
Gurvinder Singh, service manager for the Indian Subcontinent at Bobst, said, “Miracle Group’s investment in the Novacut 106 represents a strategic commitment to innovation and efficiency. The Group’s partnership with us, based on the FFAT principle—fast, flexible, Asian, and transparent—helps to position it as leaders in the packaging industry.”
Agarwal said with a clear vision for continuous growth and optimisation, “Miracle Group is determined to set even higher benchmarks in the packaging sector, solidifying its reputation as a powerhouse of capability and capacity.”
