Miraclon’s Shine LED lamp kit win two FTA awards

The Shine LED lamp kit can be easily and quickly retrofitted to existing fluorescent exposure frames. Miraclon claimed that the kit allows flexo trade shops and printers to enjoy LED exposure technology's efficiency and sustainability benefits at a much lower cost than investing in a new system. These benefits include better plate exposure consistency, uniformity, and quality, resulting in fewer plate remakes and reduced plate waste. The LED lamps last longer, reducing hazardous mercury waste from frequent fluorescent lamp replacements and consuming less energy.
