Jai Ganesh, proprietor, Mirror Graphics said the company went for the machine because of its quality output, offset-like finish, and media handling.
The company started its digital unit with KM 1060. It decided to go for the Xerox machine to increase its production volume. “We are happy with volume handling and media flexibility of the machine,” Ganesh said. “Another reason for considering Xerox was its hardware and workflow solutions.”
He added, “To be honest, brands make a difference when it comes to quality and easy handling of media latitudes.”
Mirror Graphics has immense expertise in offering digital printing services, offset printing services, marriage invitation cards printing, etc. 70% of the company’s customers are print brokers and offset short-runs, with few walk-in customers. The average run length is between 25,000 and 45,000 impressions.
“Our experience has been good after the installation. It is simple and easy to handle,” Ganesh said.
With the new investment, the company expects a 15-20% growth.
