MMP awards announced for Maharashtra print firms; Jak Printers bags Mudran Shree

Mumbai-based Jak Printers won the highest number of awards with nine gold and one silver at Maharashtra Mudran Parishad Awards (MMP) for Printing 2011

The categories involved print applications under offset printing – printed on eleven and more units, minimum size 18x23inch.

This, apart from the Mudran Shree award of Adobe CS 5.5 software for the best printing firm in 2011 from Maharashtra. It is the second time in as many years that Jak has received the coveted title of Mudran Shree.

“This year there were 48 participating print firms from all over Maharashtra with a total of 257 number of entries,” said Anand Limaye of MMP. “MMP awards give the printers from mofussil areas an opportunity to rub shoulders with town and city printers.”
