MMPIPTR opens admissions for print courses

Maharashtra Mudran Parishad’s Institute of Printing Technology and Research in Panvel (IPTR) has opened admissions for its graduate, diploma and certificate courses courses for the academic year 2014-15.

The Institute conducts Bachelor of Engineering in Printing (BE Printing), a four-year full time course under affiliation of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Deemed University; a one year Diploma in Printing Technology approved by AICTE and MSBTE, a one-year certificate course recognised by MSBVE, and a stipend-based one-year industry based course under TISS.

“All arrangements have been finalized for commencement of these courses,” said Uday Dhote, chairman, MMPIPTR’s Institute of Printing Technology & Research and director, Dhote Offset Technokrafts. “One of the primary responsibility of MMP is to elevate the state of graphic arts and print industry and hence the Institute has taken up course that aims to train personnel at all levels. We will ensure that these students are gainfully employed.”

“My appeal to the industry would be – refer students to us. Once this seed is sown, the industry would automatically reap educated candidates for absorbing in their set ups.”
