MMS pays ode to women in print; organises Printers' Day celebration
On the occasion of Printers' Day, which is celebrated on 24 February, Mumbai Mudrak Sangh (MMS) will host a celebration event at Hotel Sea Princess, Juhu, Mumbai.

Continuing with the previous years' tradition, the MMS Printers' Day celebration will be a mix of seminars and workshops by the industry honchos. The event will commence with a keynote address by Prof Dr Rajendrakumar Anayath, followed by a workshop on self-hypnosis by Pooja Punjabi.
The day will also mark the release of Print Bulletin's special issue, a compilation of the women in the print industry. "The special issue is our effort to pay tribute to and celebrate the contribution of the women in the printing industry," said Medha Virkar, president, MMS. Additionally, this year the MMS Lifetime Achievement Award will be conferred on Amila Singhvi of International Print-O-Pac, Noida.
On this occasion, AMSG Ashokan, the president of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP), will be the guest of honour and Avinash Dharmadhikari, ex-IAS and full time voluntary activist, founder-director, Chanakya Mandal Parivar, will be the chief guest.
"As part of our CSR activity, we have organised a health camp on 21st February. At this camp, employees of the print industry can avail a free check-up for blood pressure and blood sugar with peripheral neuropathy test and haemoglobin count," concluded Virkar.
